Product Reservations

Reservation Fee Structure:

• Products priced ₱1,000 and below: No reservation fee required
• Products priced above ₱1,000:
  • Minimum reservation fee: ₱500 per item
  • Maximum reservation fee: ₱1,000 per item
  • Proof of payment is required

Payment Terms:

• Reservation fee must be paid within 24 hours of making the reservation
• Remaining balance must be paid upon product collection
• Reservation is valid for 7 days from the date of reservation
• Failure to pay the remaining balance within 7 days will result in cancellation of the reservation

Reservation Process:

• Submit your reservation with complete and accurate information
• Pay the required reservation fee (₱500-₱1,000 per item above ₱1,000)
• Upload proof of payment for verification
• We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your reservation
• Collect your product within 7 days and pay the remaining balance

Cancellation Policy:

• Reservations can be cancelled within 24 hours without penalty
• After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund
• No refunds for cancellations after 7 days

Important Notes:

• Products are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis
• We reserve the right to cancel reservations if products become unavailable
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Valid government-issued ID is required upon product collection
